Situated in this small condo complex with two pools and a beautiful beach, this is an ideal property for a family or small gathering of friends. All water sports, golf, shopping and casinos are close by. It is not necessary to rent a car, as there are taxis and water taxis to take you into downtown Nassau. Most activities on Paradise Island are within walking distance from the villa.

A 50% deposit is required for each week reserved. The balance is due 60 days prior to departure. When reserving within a 30 day period, a certified check is required.

Your deposit is refundable if 60 days notice is given.
