Sunrise Beach Villa complex has 2 pools including one with a waterfall, and fronts the beach. The one bedroom town homes are designed for 2-4 people with a large master suite with king-sized bed and full bath upstairs. The downstairs has a living/dining area and kitchenette plus a half bath. There is a pull out couch in the living room. All water sports including sailing and water-skiing on 500 foot private beach. Duty free shopping, casinos, and a beautiful 18-hole championship course are within walking distance, yet this villas is very private.

A 50% deposit is required for each week reserved. The balance is due 60 days prior to departure. When reserving within a 30 day period, a certified check is required.

Your deposit is refundable if 60 days notice is given.
