Bay Cottage
Bay Cottage is a new 4 bedroom, 4 bath home located on the south bay of Harbour Island. The home is located in a quiet up-scale area. It was built to take full advantage of the vistas over the water.
The main floor has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and second bedroom comes with a queen sized bed. The kitchen and living area separates them. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a moveable serving center for entertaining and convenience.
The second floor has two bedrooms with twin beds. Each bedroom has its own bath. There is a separate sitting area between the bedrooms that include a small kitchen area. It is complete with its own coffee maker! The dock out front has facilities to handle a small yacht. There is power, phone and cable to the end of the dock. This is an ideal home for a large family, several families or a corporate retreat.

A 50% deposit is required for each week reserved. The balance is due 60 days prior to departure. When reserving within a 30 day period, a certified check is required.
Your deposit is refundable if 60 days notice is given.
