Shining Star, a brand new home, sits on over one mile of pink sand beach in complete privacy. The Mediterranean designed villa offers beautiful views of the sea plus sun rises and sunsets from a lushly landscaped yard. The main living area and the master suite have 12 feet of sliding glass doors to bring the outside inside.
The master suite is spacious with a king bed, full marble bath with enclosed shower and Jacuzzi tub, in-wall stereo speakers and a large double sink vanity. There is a 9 inch color TV in the bath and a 32 inch color TV in the bedroom with a DVD player and separate Satellite receiver. The guest bedrooms have their own entryway for greater privacy.
There is a large open patio off the rear of the home and off the master suite is an 8 foot fully heated Jacuzzi. There is also a large covered patio off the living area. There is beach furniture, beach umbrellas, floating rafts, a 12 foot floating trampoline, a 2 person hammock and a 3 seat covered swing on the beach.

A 50% deposit is required for each week reserved. The balance is due 60 days prior to departure. When reserving within a 30 day period, a certified check is required.
Your deposit is refundable if 60 days notice is given.
