Before 12/24/11--2-week rental rate is $1900, 3-week rental rate is $2700, 4-week rental rate is $3200.

A 50% deposit is required for each week reserved. The balance is due 60 days prior to departure. When reserving within a 30 day period, a certified check is required.

Your deposit is refundable if 60 days notice is given.
