On the first level is a living/dining room and a full modern kitchen, all with cathedral ceilings. There is also a second bedroom and a full bath. The patio around the pool offers both sun and shade.

A 50% deposit is required for each week reserved. The balance is due 60 days prior to departure. When reserving within a 30 day period, a certified check is required.

Your deposit is refundable if 60 days notice is given.
