Double Bay, Eleuthera.Coconut Point is a spectacular new (2007) Atlantic oceanfront home on the Bahamian out-island of Eleuthera. It is located in the center of the island on the pristine pink sand beaches of Double Bay. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, a screened-in ocean-view porch and great room with kitchen and dining area. The house is large enough to sleep up to 10 people comfortably.
Sitting atop a 21-foot dune,the home was designed to maximize the incredible views of both the ocean and the palm forest surrounding it. The great room, kitchen, screened porch, all 3 bedrooms and master bath afford sweeping views of the azure waters of the Atlantic and the lush tropical palm forest.
The centerpiece of the home is the master suite with near panoramic views. Sleep peacefully each night with the windows open, listening to the hypnotic sounds of the waves breaking on the shore below. Wake-up each morning in the king-size bed and watch nature’s spectacular morning show—the sun rising over the sparkling water and slowly illuminating the island. No need to miss the views in the master bathroom either. The huge master shower with rain-shower head, also boasts a window facing the Atlantic.

A 50% deposit is required for each week reserved. The balance is due 60 days prior to departure. When reserving within a 30 day period, a certified check is required.
Your deposit is refundable if 60 days notice is given.
