Conch Cottage

Conch Cottage is located at the Cottages of Windermere. This is a small cluster of cottages facing the ocean with a shared pool in a courtyard setting.



The cottage has two bedrooms with their own private patio and 3 baths. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house to offer maximum privacy with the gathering area in the middle. This is an ideal vacation spot for two couples or a family of 4. There are patios with furniture off each bedroom plus the great room for lounging



Windermere is a secure gated island community and enjoys one of the world’s best beaches. Snorkeling, bone fishing and just relaxing strolls along the beach are but a few feet away.

A 50% deposit is required for each week reserved. The balance is due 60 days prior to departure. When reserving within a 30 day period, a certified check is required.

Your deposit is refundable if 60 days notice is given.
